Essential technical activity
Basic technical services used to host and deliver the website may involve temporary technical data such as server logs or similar network-level information. The site also stores your cookie preference, the consent version, and the time of your choice so that it can respect that decision. These activities support safe, reliable operation and do not depend on marketing consent.
Marketing measurement
If you accept optional marketing cookies, Jothi Learning loads Meta Pixel to understand whether advertising leads to website visits and genuine consultation enquiries. It may send a PageView when you visit a page and a Lead event after a successful enquiry submission.
Jothi Learning's implementation does not intentionally send the contents of the Bigin enquiry form to Meta. This means names, email addresses, telephone numbers, student details, and the text entered into the form are not included in the PageView or Lead event.
With the same optional marketing consent, OpenAI advertising measurement may be used on the Year 9 Maths enquiry confirmation page to measure enquiries following ChatGPT ads. The OpenAI Pixel may use first-party measurement cookies: __oppref stores an OpenAI ad-click reference and __obref stores a browser reference. OpenAI currently describes requested lifetimes of 30 days for __oppref and 365 days for __obref; browser settings may shorten these periods.
When enabled by OpenAI, automatic advanced matching may detect supported customer identifiers and securely hash them in the browser. Raw customer information is not sent through automatic advanced matching. Jothi Learning does not add customer details to its OpenAI conversion event.
Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar browser identifiers when it is allowed to load. If you reject optional marketing cookies, Jothi Learning does not load Meta Pixel or send its PageView or Lead events, and OpenAI measurement consent remains off.
Enquiry form operation
The Bigin enquiry service processes form submissions so Jothi Learning can receive and respond to enquiries. This operational service remains available whether optional marketing cookies are accepted or rejected. Its operational or security technology is separate from Jothi Learning's optional advertising measurement choice.
